Uber-Stealth Audio is starting a referral reward program (again).  I have tried this several times over the years, and it has never took off the way I hoped.  That is why I have made a few adjustments and hope to see it take off for our 10 year anniversary.  For the first time, I am opening the program up to NON CUSTOMERS! That means, even though you may have never bought anything from me, you can still get paid by me! So let's get to the details!

1.  When YOU refer a customer, they will receive a 7.5% discount, and YOU will receive 7.5% of the purchase price via paypal to the email I have on file for you.
2.  When placing an order, there will be a spot for customers to enter in a "referral email address."  This is where the customer will enter in YOUR email address that you want the paypal referral reward sent to.
3.  The customer will receive the 7.5% discount as a refund once the referral email is verified.  The referer (YOU) will receive your referral reward once the product ships.  This keeps me from paying out rewards on canceled orders.
4.  If you purchased from Uber-Stealth Audio in the last 2 years, you don't need to do much.  If your have NEVER purchased from Uber-Stealth Audio, or it was over 2 years ago, sent me a quick message using the contact form on the website letting me know you are going to refer people and what email you will be using.
5.  There is NO LIMIT on how many referrals you can make.  Also, I don't care if you and a buddy get together and refer each other just to get a discount.  Please feel free to get group buys together, or local VW clubs, or get on other forums and promote the site.  Every time someone enters in your email you make MONEY! 

 You would think as a the founder of a VW specific speaker box company, there would be a long list of VW's in my part, and there are several, but I have had multiple other brands over the years.  I will use this space to document these cars,and post up a few pics of them if i have them.

#1 - 1995 Nissan Hardbody Regular Cab 2WD truck - Red, Auto
Wow, my first car!  Man, I can not describe how much I loved this vehicle.  It was my first car, took me on my first date, drove me to prom with the girl who would later become my wife.  This car also introduced me to to the world of car audio and car modifications.  I had the pleasure of owning a mini truck in the the peak of mini truck madness!  I can not even count the number of head unit, speakers, amps or sub I had in this car.  What started as adding a simple CD player one year led to full fiberglass / tweed build door panels with component speaker and 2 10" subs behind the custom grey/red tweed seats.  This car also ended up with about a 4/6 drop using lowered control arms up gron and a mono lead with lowering blocks out back riding on some 205/55/15.  By the end it had a roll pan, shaved tailgate handle, shaved antenna, windshield squirters, and emblems.  On the performance side, It had a 4 -1 header, full exhaust, 75hp nitrous shot, and it was an AUTOMATIC!

I have some old film photos of this truck somewhere.  WHen i find them, i will scan them in and add them.

#2 - 2002 VW GTI 1.8t - Indigo blue, black leather 5 speed
This was my first new car.  I drove if out of the showroom.  I had never owned a car this fast before.  This car had less car audio work done and more performance work then my last.  Stereo wise, i just added an infinity bass link in the hatch.  It had the factory monsoon system and it sounded pretty decent.  On the performance side, it was another matter.  I had a GIAC stage 1 X ship, Techtonics down pipe and full exhaust.  Neuspeed underdrive pulley, and intercooler pipe, cold air intake, and B&M short throw shifter.  Man, i still remember that car being crazy fast, even though the best i ever got out of it was a 15.0 in the 1/4.  Man it had a lot of torque steer, but was so much fun to cruise in.

#3 - 2003 Ford Focus Zetec Hatch - Silver, 5 speed
After my VW met a unfortunate end, i needed a car i could pay cash for and finish college with and this was it.  This was a base model, manual trans, manual door lock and windows.  However, i could not leave this car alone either.  I honestly don't remember what I did on the audio side.  I know i did speakers, head unit and i believe i retrofitted a SVT focus OEM sub box with an aftermarket sub in it.  On the performance side, i added long tube header, Borla cat-back, stage 2 crane cams, adjustable cam gears, and a diablo chip tune.  Funny thing is, no matter what i did the car never felt faster, but it kept getting better gas mileage. 

#4 - 2006 Toyota Tacoma Crew Cab long bed SR5 - Red - Auto
This was a truck that my work paid me a stipend for, so it had to be a work truck.   I did not do anything to this except I added a amp and built a fiberglass box to house a (2) 6.5" JL subs under the rear seat in a cubby space down there. 

#5 - Scion 2006.5 Xb - Camouflage - 5 speed
Ah, we finally get to a car i have a pic of.  I got this car after a job change and i needed a smaller payment and good gas mileage.  I really enjoyed this car, but wow it was slow, and felt like driving a beer car.  THis is also the car that introduced me to forums, and later selling speaker boxes.  I got nothing from the performance standpoint, because, why bother, right?  On the audio part it got the whole deal.  Scion was amazing back in the day, as they had RCA outs with front, rear, and sub, sub level, crossover points, ect all built into the factory head unit.  I can proudly say, I believe i was the first to use a 2nd gen xB head unit in a 1st gen and get the aux to work.  It required soldering a resistor on the back, but it worked perfect.  This car got components up front and rear, and a 8" sub in a custom fiberglass box housed in the spare tire ( sound familiar?) using a HUGE Orion 5 channel A/B amp.  I also color matched the hub caps, and took apart the rear light s and painted the lenses red.  In the photos below, you can see the progress i made in fiberglass work.  You can see the prototype sub box next to the production unit.

2018 brings with it the 10th anniversary of the founding of Uber-Stealth Audio.  From what began as a simple forum post about a speaker box i built for my 2008 GTI, to now having sold over 1400 speaker boxes as been an amazing journey.
